Our functions are based on the vast experience of each individual, which allow us to bypass the use of third party logistic companies. The diverse experience of the group stems from multi culture background to diversified knowledge in the following fields:

a) Freight rate negotiations (all modes), such as rail, trucks, vessel, air, containerized and break-bulk.
b) Charter parties, laytime calculations, dispatch/demurrage, on site vessel and barge loading/unloading supervision, draft surveys, cargo handling.
c) Contract administration, execution of purchase/sale contracts, export/import documentation, inventory positions, customs liaison, vendor and customer relations.
d) Drafting and negotiating letters of credits, invoicing, collections, claims and insurance, debit and credit notes.
